Angels Are Among Us. [Childrens Story] Empty Angels Are Among Us. [Childrens Story]

Post  TiaLynn Sun May 15, 2011 2:49 pm

There once was a girl who lived in the dark.
She often took walks in the park.
For such a young girl, she lived on her own.
Her parents were gone, she was alone.
She wore nothing but a long white dress,
Her black sinister hair was always a mess.
People who saw her ran away and didn't want her around.
This girl was unreal, undead,
This girl looked always ready for bed.
She would walk and walk every day,
To find her parents who'd say they'd stay.
Never did she find them, but she stayed faithful.
One day, she met up with a man who looked dull
He did not run,
He did not make fun,
He too looked ready for bed.
He looked down upon her and nodded his head,
"Who are you, little girl, and why do you look so sad?"
He asked her, with the eyes of a concerned dad.
She lifted her small head and looked up at him,
"I am looking for mom and dad" she said, rather grim.
His eyes opened in surprise,
And looked in her eyes
"Why don't you come with me?" He asked softly.
"No" she said switfly
The man stopped and smiled.
"No, you ought to come" He told her, his eyes growing wild.
She said nothing and went to walk around him,
He watched the girl depart, she was so slim.
She faded into the dark,
The man stared from where she left, in the direction of the park.
He thought and he though
He thought until his brain was ready to rot.
He wanted to follow the girl to see
If what she said could possibly be.
He walked after her, little did she know,
He was following her wherever she did go.
She stopped ever so often to rest or to drink
And all of this time the man did think;
'Where is she off to?
Could what she said possibly be true?'
After an hour following her,
The direction he was headed became a blur.
They were now deep in a forest so dark
He looked around and saw he was far from the park.
She travelled into the forest farther still,
She kept going and stopped on a small hill.
The man walked softly behind with a lost frown
No sooner he did so, did the girl lie down.
She spent a few moments laying there, frozen
Through the man's head came thoughts by the dozen.
She wept for mere moments before closing her eyes,
The man merely stood there, disproving her lies.
She was so small, so pure, and so sad,
The man walked over to her, she did not know he had.
She was fast asleep, dreaming scary dreams
If only she was awake to scream.
He walked to her in the cold, black night
And ruined her dress of pure white.
Her black hair was thrown about,
This sweet little angel didn't get time to shout.
Her wings were clipped,
Her heart was ripped,
The man had taken the last thing she owned.
And now this girl was not around to make herself known.
This man had fled,
With wild thoughts in his head.
Be this a lesson to you:
If you see this man, learn what not to do.
For this is not a man you should be near,
Keep running and flying with your wings, my dear.
Don't have your wings clipped, don't let him silence your shouting,
Keep away from this man on any outing.
